It all started back in the 70’s when Mr. Saviour Gerada k/a Sunny had the desire to work with limited tools at hand, unaware of the length and achievements of this journey. His endeavors lead into a successful career while gaining a high reputation in the Plumbing and Electrical sector amongst the few organizations which were changing the history of Malta’s industry back in the 70’s.
As time went by, his sons admired their father’s capabilities and grew with the intention of following his footsteps while embarking within this trade, together they accomplished many projects. In the meantime, the skills were being passed on from father to son professionally with integrity and honesty. These values pushed the family to take over larger projects being employed by various esteemed organizations in Malta.
In the year 1998, his son Leslie Gerada together with his brother identified the timely opportunity to diversify the family’s implementations towards the property industry where S. Gerada Co Ltd was established. It was an important incentive year for the property development in Malta, where the company managed to complete several successful projects before the darker times of the 2008 recession. Focusing on the laying of good quality construction and finishing together with social responsibility, the company managed to gain a good reputation by its satisfied clients.
In year 2016, S. Gerada Co Ltd evolved into the 3rd generation by kick starting a new journey for S Gerada Bros Ltd. In this circle of life, Leslie Gerada started a new strategy by passing on his skills to his two sons, Jean Claude and Saviour Gerada. The company’s presence has mainly been centred around development projects in Sliema, St. Julians, Swieqi, Ta Xbiex, Msida, all within Malta’s North East Coast. These included both residential and commercial developments.
Jean Claude manages the Construction Operations whilst Saviour manages the company’s Administration. Both remain fully focused on continuing with the tradition in delivering high quality projects.
Besides the construction company, the brothers have recently incorporated a new entity specifically dealing in the rental management of their own property portfolio which they named S Gerada Bros Properties Ltd.

In such cases, the client would give up a part ownership of the new development in return for all the services provided by S Gerada Bros Ltd.
